Totally Thames is coming up in less than a month, and we are looking for volunteers for September to help with the coordination of the Future Dust installation as part of the festival.
Totally Thames is an annual celebration of the River Thames with a creative and diverse programme that inspires, connects and enthralls throughout the month of September curated and managed by the Thames Festival Trust. This year’s programme includes over 150 events on, beneath and beside the River Thames and is curated around the themes of plastic pollution in our rivers and oceans, Handel’s 300th Anniversary of Water Music, and stories of the river.
Project volunteers play a key support role across Totally Thames helping with some of the fantastic projects involved our programme. You role will be to engage with the public, but also to be a helping hand to our Project Managers, assisting with production, event management and artist liaison.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in one of London’s largest season of events, and gain experience in events organising on a public artistic programme, while also having fun!
What we’re looking for: Art and environment enthusiasts that would like to assist the team during September and support various activities such as public engagement, invigilation and event management.
